Important! Our products are high quality but remain delicate. We do not encourage buying several works and sending half back! Retour shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels).
Returns
Report application for refund within 7 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, unless the item is already in transit with trackable shipping link and exceeds the 30 days.
The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund.
If items are not collected from delivery pick-up location or if refused at delivery a return shipment fee will be charged of 7,25 euro.
Damaged goods
If products are damaged please provide detailed photo's as soon as possible max 7 days. Do NOT throw away the packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photo's at Support@pstr.studio Within 7 days of arrival of damaged goods!

All UK packages should be shipped as DAP (Duties At Place). Not DDU (delivery duty unpaid) packages with DDU will not be accepted and are not applicable for a refund.
UK returns should be declared as: "returned goods of AWB'' & ''original tracking + Carrier'' with the Carrier
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Share the tracking link by mail as soon as the package is shipped.
Always ship with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Event posters are NOT subjected to the return policies and can not be returned. "Event posters" are: Ferrari F1 - Cars overview, Formula 1 - Winners overview, 24 Heures du mans - Winners, Champions League Winners.
Giftcard
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
